Accepted corrections, newest first. A correction that changes the substance of a claim also resets that page's review date and verification status.
The correction form asks for the page, the exact sentence in dispute, the correction you propose, a supporting OCA source, a supporting independent Orthodox or primary source, and rights information if you are proposing replacement text. Unsourced corrections cannot be accepted, however plausible they sound — that is the same rule this project applies to itself.
